I have never... never eaten lamb chops as delicious and perfectly prepared as the ones I ate here. It is beyond comparison - if you're in the state of Texas you must find your way here. Be aware that it is reservation only! I was extremely fortunate and was permitted a table despite not having a reservation, possibly because I was dining alone that day and they happened to have an empty corner, but I consider myself fortunate and blessed for being able to experience this restaurant. Cuisine prepared to perfection, great atmosphere, and a very reasonable price, all in a town that literally may have started off with two horses but one of them ran off. Go here. Eat here.
